Lucho Barrios.(Callao, 22 de abril de 1935 – Lima, 5 de mayo de 2010).
Figura emblemática del bolero latinoamericano. Genio y figura del bolero cantinero, también conocido como bolero cebollero. Sus canciones se atesoran en Chile, Ecuador, México y la colonia latina en EE.UU, donde se le considera como uno de los suyos.
En su dilatada carrera, a través de 50 años de vida artística, ha merecido, entre otros premios.El que le otorgó la OEA, por su trabajo en favor del acercamiento de los pueblos a través del canto.Y, la condecoración del gobierno de Chile, otorgada por el presidente Ricardo Lagos, por ser un artista peruano con muchísimo arraigo en el pueblo chileno.
